Questions about billing

What happens when the trial ends?

You'll be asked to subscribe to continue. If you don't, the app stops monitoring — your existing guardrails and violation history stay intact, they just won't update until you resubscribe.

Is this per seat, or per board?

Neither. It's one flat price per monday.com account (Organization), regardless of how many teammates you add or how many boards you watch.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled through monday's own marketplace subscription system — it appears on the same invoice as your other monday apps.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, uninstalling the app at any time stops billing. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing or nonprofits?
