Terms of Service

Effective November 2026

By installing or using Invarly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. The service

Invarly is a monday.com app that monitors boards you configure and flags when a defined guardrail is violated. The App is provided as-is, via monday's own app framework.

2. Account and access

The App is installed per monday.com account. The first person to authenticate after connecting becomes the account's Owner and can add other members with defined roles. You are responsible for managing access within your own organization.

3. Subscription and billing

Invarly is offered on a 14-day free trial, followed by a flat $15/month subscription per organization — see Pricing for details. Billing is handled through monday's own marketplace billing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to violate monday.com's own Marketplace Listing Terms, applicable law, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App's infrastructure.

5. Data

See the Privacy Policy for what data the App collects and how it's used and stored.

6. Availability and support

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. The App is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer's total liability for any claim arising from use of the App is limited to the amount paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms or monday's own marketplace policies.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the App evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
